    I’ve been going to IronBodyFit twice a week for the past six months, and it’s become the perfect complement to my cardio and weight training. It sounds & seems vaguely sci-fi but it’s actually just an incredibly efficient way to train. I’ve lost fat. I’ve gained definition. I’m more flexible. And I’m not sore the next day. The sessions are 20 minutes. You’re suited up, working with a trainer, either solo or with at most two other people. It’s focused, guided, and intense. The sensation is hard to explain. Your muscles contract more deeply and more completely than in a typical lift. You feel fatigue in places that don’t normally light up. They say it’s equivalent to a four-hour workout. I’m not sure I buy that.
